“The moment we cry in a film is not when things are sad but when they turn out to be more beautiful than we expected them to be.”
― Alain de Botton
Phil is the kind of guy who dances in the car, cracks jokes when it’s inappropriate and fiercely loves his wife and daughter.
Holly is the kind of gal who touches her nose when she’s cold, occasionally snorts when she giggles, and absolutely adores her husband and daughter.
There are two big milestones for every couple. WEDDING and KIDS. Holly & Phil decided to give them both a red hot go in the space of 2 months. I’m not entirely sure what they were thinking, but I can honestly say that if anyone was going to pull it off and keep their sanity, it’s these two.
Rain taunted us for days leading up to the wedding, and it was still bucketing down all morning. By some miracle, the skies cleared half an hour before Holly was due to walk down the aisle and meet her beau.
I simply can’t put into words how much of an emotional rollercoaster this day was. Nerves and calm. Rain and sun. Solemnity and pure ridiculousness. Here is a snapshot of Holly & Phil’s wedding at Racine Restaurant in Orange.
